Need diagnosis: Not knowing much about you, i would guess that you could possess a form of multiple sclerosis, which is progressing, and you should be taking a specific medication. Do not understand the % terminology, but nonetheless, find a local neurologist, and confirm the etiology, and if indeed ms, this can be well controlled with newer potent agents. You should not delay.
