Can She be Pregnant?: Nineteen and trying for a baby? I would then recommend that you know about your body and what the menstrual cycle means. You did not describe the normals for us. When do you ovulate in your cycle? How long are your periods? When in the cycle did you have fresh semen. If the tests are negative you are not pregnant. If you are not having periods then it is time to get to the gynecologist.
