Hi doc i was trying for baby and i missed my periods my last periods was 27 january and i done pregnancy test 3 times its negative what can i do now?

Amenorrhea: If you last LMP was january, we are in march right now, there might be something going on with your hormonal system. A proper history and physical exam might reveal the cause. If there is concern for something else, probably a ultrasound will give you a diagnosis.
