Ligament tightening: If you have just sprain a shoulder ligament tincture of time and no repeated injury will tighten the ligament. Otherwise if from trauma and still causing instability strengthening the muscle that support the shoulder may help with symptoms. Surgery is helpful is unstable joint. Unproven treatments includes prolotherapy injections for ligament laxity and platelet rich plasma injection.
