If a cmt pulled a shoulder out of the socket in prone position, how long does it take for tendons/ligaments to return to nonoverstretched state?

More than you think: Assuming there were no partial tears, it still takes 6 weeks minimum, even if it feels better before that. Restrict lifting, and increase weight and range of motion slowly. If you play s like volleyball, tennis, golf, football, baseball, etc., you need to be especially careful. If you have any set backs, (inc. Pain, bruising, numbness), and your family can afford it= mri.
