Cold laser therapy: An article published in the lancet reports that low-level laser therapy (lllt) reduces pain after treatment for non-specific neck pain. The article is the work of dr roberta chow, brain and mind research institute, university of sydney. He concluded lllt reduces pain immediately after treatment in acute neck pain and up to 22 weeks after completion of treatment in patients with chronic neck pain.

Careful: Get diagnosis first - what's the cause of your pain ? Laser destroys things. It is an old technology invented about 55 years ago. It must not be used close to important nerves (i would not have anyone apply laser close to my spinal cord for instance). Majority of well trained spine specialists will not use a laser - ever. It is pretty much a marketing and monetizing tool.
