Repeat biopsy: especially if no lymphocytic cells or neutrophilic cells are seen on the biopsy. Your symptoms signify inflammation, so it should have been reflected on the pathology report. Of course, using a dandruff heavy shampoo formula may be effective too, along with stopping any chemicals that you may be using to treat your hair style.
