BC pill: If this type of pill was helpful to you back when you were on it, it may be worth trying it again. I doubt it will make things worse.

Uterine pain: Your pains are more likely from the uterus, not your ovaries. By using the loestrin, you will stabilize your cycles and thus your uterine spasms. As long as you arent want to get pregnant, this is a good choice.
