Possible CTS: Even though there have been carpal tunnel release procedures, that does not preclude reocurrence from scar tissue. Further evaluation with EMG studies might be considered to establish whether or not this is the case. Other studies might include assessment with blood tests for vitamin deficiencies or possible raynauds phenomena.
