Normal: It is actually quite normal to have this happen as we age. Just because you have "normal" blood work doesn't mean that you couldn't be perimenopausal which can last for 10 years.

Likely nothing... : To be concerned about. Pathological sweats are usually drenching in nature, and often accompanied by other symptoms or signs (eg., fever, weight loss, fatigue, swollen nodes, etc.) i'd just watch things for now, but would see my dr. If the problem worsens or if new affiliated problems emerge. A mindset that i rely on clinically...Bad things get worse, and good things stay the same or go away.
