Yes: Viral pink eye does not need eye drops, only warm compresses. Bacterial pink eye normally is treated with antibiotic eye drops, but none claim to be 100% safe during pregnancy. With punctal occlusion technique (your eye md can show you), you can keep medicine in the eye and reduce systemic exposure. There are alternatives such as eye rinses and steaming. Consult your eye md.
