No problem: Almost all medications have a legal disclaimer about taking whatever it is during pregnancy - just to protect the company. Most are not necessary and this is true for Visine which is a saline mixture with no biologically active drugs that will have little distribution into your circulation and none across the placenta to your developing baby. This is not harmful and you can continue to use it.
