Emetophobia: We're glad for you to ask questions, but we may not always know the answers. :-) most people don't enjoy vomiting, but there are helpful treatments when this is an active phobia. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of these. Depending on the level of anxiety generally present, anti-anxiety medications can be useful also. I've treated some for this with homeopathy, as well.

Ask all you wish!: I'm thinking you might have had some terrible experiences with nausea at the time of the gall bladder problems - it makes sense. I wish you could have had therapy then to help get past that - but it's not too late. There are psychotherapists, even hypnotherapists who could work with you on this issue. It might take time, effort & courage, but you can do it! best.
