Pores: A warm or hot washcloth will clear the pores better than a cold washcloth.

Facial porese: There is no much you can do about large pores. This is way your face texture is. As far as them being clogged, you will need to see a dermatologist to have an exam and get suggestions as to what to do. Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are frequently used as over-the-counter agents to help peel old skin and prevent infection from setting in those large pores.
