Probably not: There are several types of pink bumps on the tongue. Most are normal anatomy called papillae. White spots in the back upper wall of the mouth may be associated with the tonsils and can be tonsil stones or mucous cysts. It is impossible to tell without seeing them. Spots are uncommonly dangerous, but if worried you should see your doctor.
