On my tongue i have pick bumps. on the back upper wall inside my mouth is something white. it looks like a bump or puss. should i worry?

White spots in the back upper wall of the mouth may be associated with the tonsils and can be tonsil stones or mucous cysts. It is impossible to tell without seeing them.
