i have just been diagnosed with pcos.i have approx 30-40 cysts on each ovary & about to start on clomid (clomiphene).what happens the cysts after taking clomid (clomiphene)?

Not true cysts: What the doctor is seeing are really antral follicles not cysts. These are eggs that are waiting to develop and be released or undergo atresia and die off without being released. Hopefully you will respond to Clomid (clomiphene) and make 1-2 eggs to release.
