No: Depends on what type of hysterectomy you had. If you had a total, meaning uterus and cervix, this could be granulation tissue from your vaginal cuff. It could also be due to lack of estrogen from your vaginal walls. But stress alone won't cause this. Check with your gyn doctor for a check up to make sure everything is okay!

You can still have: Bleeding from the vagina even though the uterus is gone. As long as you are feeling well and it doesn't happen often it is probably not worrisome.

Unlikely: That procedure was almost 10 months ago. It should not cause you to have spotting, however its best to have your surgeon examine you . Stress does not cause it.
