UTI: Have your doc check for urinary tract infection (uti). Not frequent in males but can happen.

A urologist or MD: Until you can see your doctor or a urologist, drink adequate amounts of water - 6-8 glasses a day. Avoid alcohol, too much salt, tobacco, highly spicy food. Some of these are fine to return to after diagnosis & treatment - but till you know what it is, it will make you feel better to reduce irritation. Also, ask a pharmacist about otc aids while you await an appointment.
