At 15 weeks: It can be difficult to determine pregnancy health by those findings. The risk of a pregnancy loss in your situation is less than 2% and it doesn't sound like you are bleeding. I suspect the pregnancy is fine. You should be due for a visit soon and they should be able to hear fetal heart tones. Good luck.
