Maybe!: This could be a contact allergy, a folliculitis (infection around hair follicles), or puppp. Puppp is a pregnancy related condition where itchy red bumps start in the stretch marks. They can join to form larger itchy plaques. Puppp usually occurs around 35 weeks but can start earlier. Treatment is usually aimed at the symptoms. None of those conditions are dangerous.

Bumps in pregnancy: This should be checked by your doctor or dermatologist. Most commonly it is harmless puppp. Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy but there are rashes that can be dangerous.
