Unsure: Stomach feeling hard is non specfic and for sure unrelated to Pregnancy. Taking pill 30 min after is effective in preventing conception.

Not pregnant: Your pregnancy test is negative so you are not pregnant. It takes about 45 months for your stomach to be hard from pregnancy. You'll have to look for other reasons for your stomach to be this way.
