Pulled muscle: Watch your posture when you sit. Don;'t sit for long without getting up and walking around, or stand for too long in one place. At night sleep with your knees bent and a pillow roll between your knees and under knees them. Use moist heat for 15 minutes 3 times a day if you can. Gentle stretches and walking are really good to work it out. Water walking is good too.
