Does cigarettes slow down growth at 7 weeks? could you be 9 weeks and it affect the growth that the fetus measures at 7 weeks instead?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes and no: Yes, smoking in pregnancy can cause intrauterine growth restriction. No, I have never heard that would affect or be measurable in the first trimester.
