A member asked:

What length should afternoon naps be (taking into consideration the stages of sleep) so that i wake up feeling revitalised and ready to work at night?

Naps / sleep: A sleep cycle is approximately 90-100 minutes for most people. If you get 90 minutes you should awaken revitalized.

Rather than taking a: Nap would encourage you to get a full block of sleep ( about 8 hours - possibly longer due to your young age). Take care.
