Need eval: Irreg bleeding and spotting can occur commonly. When you are trying to conceive if you planned it appropriately at last ovulation - you cold have had a fertilization that did not result in a viable pregnancy and this can lead to this type of bleeding and cramping. Take home pregnancy test and sched appoint to see your pcp. Good luck to you.

Ovulation problems: If the luteal phase, just after ovulation, is short, new bleeding may occur. Pelvic ultrasound and proper hormonal testing may give you the answer.
