Possible pregnancy: It is still possible to get pregnant with an IUD. The irregular period could be due to pregnancy, miscarriage, or if your IUD has hormones then that could cause it too. Also, vaginal infections can cause these symptoms. Take a pregnancy test and call a GYN.
