Severe cramps w/bright red spotting & tested 2 positive hpts before my period. got my period a day late & it is a normal flow. what does this mean?

Miscarriage: if you had 2 positive pregnancy test followed by bleeding, you may have had a miscarriage. Talk to your GYN for further evaluation to undergo an US and /or beta hcg levels to determine if the pregnancy is viable or not.
