Miscarriage: if you had 2 positive pregnancy test followed by bleeding, you may have had a miscarriage. Talk to your GYN for further evaluation to undergo an US and /or beta hcg levels to determine if the pregnancy is viable or not.

See below: You may have experienced a spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy. About 25% of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. Many of these are not recognized as the period may be just a few days late and unless pregnancy test was done, the woman does not even know that she was pregnant.
