Lifetime Depression: Some people may feel depressed most of the time. If medications have helped, i would assume there have been periods of time without the depression. In addition to antidepressants, i wonder if regular exercise has helped decrease these symptoms of depression (and yes, i would call this depression). Make sure you have optimized your nutrition with regular meals, sleep time, relaxation and exercise.
