Morning pain: Bone pain upon awakening is most commonly due to osteoarthritis. The pain arrises from limited motion of the joint over an extended period of time while you are sleeping. I would see your doctor and get a firm diagnosis so that you could get the most appropriate treatment.

Pain and hip pain: It sounds like you might have back and hip problem. The back pain can be caused by muscle strain, spinal stenosis, ruptured disc, nerve impingement ... The hip pain can be caused by arthritis, ligament injury, tendon tears, muscle strain ... The treatment depends on the cause of the pain. I recommend you seeking help from a health care provider. You might benefit from an evaluation.
