High blood pressure: You are too young to be having high blood pressure. Are you on oral contraceptives? If so that can be contributing to it. Avoid salty foods and caffeine. You should see your primary care physician to have further testing. There are reversible causes of high blood pressure, especially in young people. But it requires a medical evaluation.
