Maybe but it depends: http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=2554-0, 2105-0, 2682-0 mentions no interaction between those 3 drugs but also admits their database may not be up-to-date. Bigger issue is lack of 3rd party oversight regarding safety & manufacture of herbs & dietary supplements. Always a good idea to tell your doc everything you're taking, prescription, otc & herbs. Also tell pharmacist, too.

Careful with these: Fenugreek and turmeric can both be vasodilators, potentially adding to the BP lowering effect of spironolactone. Also both fenugreek and turmeric can increase pt and inr bleeding time -- so should not be used simultaneously. If the turmeric and fenugreek are only being used to spice food (and not in supplemental quantities) this risk would be much less.
