I keep getting utis after sex. i always use condoms with my partner and urinate and clean myself afterwards. nothing works. why!?

UTI prevention: In females, the distance from the outside to the bladder is short, so bacteria don't have far to go to cause UTI. Drinking cranberry juice may help loosen the hold of the bacteria on urinary tract tissue. Avoiding bladder irritants like carbonated beverages, alcohol and caffeine may also help. If these methods don't work, ask you doctor about suppressive therapy ( low dose antibiotic after sex)
