Cleaners: Did you mix cleaners together or inhaled bleach? This can irritate your throat and lungs. Step out of the house for fresh air and if the problem continues, head to the er for an evaluation, you may have inhaoled toxic chemical fumes from the cleaners you used.

Cleaning throat: What are you cleaning with? Are you using bleach? Bleach is dangerous to use over extended periods of time. Other harsh cleansers can cause throat irritation. Gargle with warm salt water and use cleansers that are not as harsh. Having allergies to dust being stirred up can cause a sore throat as well. If this is the case, take an antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin good luck!
