I recently started having a burning sensation in my throat sinus and lungs when i breathe it is worse if i breathe deeply and makes me cough any sugg?

Irritated: Sounds like your upper airway is irritated. This is usually from an obvious event like inhaling toxic gas or smoke injury or most commonly from an upper airway virus. I would seek medical attention if you become short of breath, start wheezing or develop new symptoms like fever, change in sputum color.
