Ive been cleaning inside my nose for a long time and recently a small amount went back the back of my throat. ive since noticed a smell of smoke in my nose which developed into a burning sensation in my chest. have i got soap poisoning?

In such small amounts, soap in the back of the nose (or swallowed) causes no health problems. The discomfort in your throat should clear up quite quickly on its own. Good luck.
