Hi there, i had mild stomach pains, wind and mushy stool today, only twice. would this likely be viral or food related?

Could be either: It could be either. Often a food related issue will last just 24 hours and a virus can last a bit longer....Although there are 24 hour stomach bugs. Best to just wait it out. It is a natural response to "cleanse" something that did not agree with you. If it gets worse and you are worried, contact your doctor.
