Could be: It could be your injection, depot provera, (medroxyprogesterone) as this medication can sometimes thin out the lining of your uterus making small blood vessels more susceptible to bleeding. Also consider it could be your cervix. Sometimes there can be blood vessels that break on the outside of your cervix. If you're worried, see a doctor for an exam. Good luck!
