No: Once you've had chickenpox, that's it. You won't get it again. However, because virus goes into hibernation in your body, it can reactivate later on in life when you're under stress or your immune system is compromised. This time, rather than getting pox all over your body, you end up with a swath of itchy painful blisters (shingles) that hopefully won't turn into post-herpetic neuralgia.
