Pleura folds: "texidor's twinge" or "precordial catch" are two pop names for this familiar, transient, knife-like sensation. I believe it's caused by the pleura folding on itself. To relieve it, inflate your lungs to the maximum with air for a moment. If you have serious shortness of breath or crushing sensation in the chest, get seen. Otherwise, this is a non-problem.
