No: Sorry but flat out no, nothing over-the-counter to make you have twins. Heck, there's nothing by prescription to make you have twins, or triplets for that matter. If you've been trying to conceive for over 12 months w/o success, please go see a reproductive endocrinologist. Meanwhile start taking prenatal vitamins & send your partner for semen analysis & sperm count. Get preconception counseling.

NO: Please see your obgyn for an infertilty evaluation, u can do an over the counter ovulation kit to see if you are ovulating, and your husband or partner should get a semen analysis- those are the 1st 2 things to check.
