Not recommended: As there is potential transfer of your antibodies to the recipient causing thyroid problems (an example will be a pregnant mom with graves who has a 1% chance of causing neonatal graves in her new born child). Check with your local blood donation center for further advice. Good luck and thank you for taking an initiative to donate blood even if does not take place !

Blood donation: I don't think graves' disease and your medication use is a contraindication to blood donation, but you will have to specify that at the plasma center where you want to donate.
