Probably ok now but.: In all likelihood, it is fine to resume essentially all unrestricted activities but i would discuss with your surgeon to confirm.

Resuming workouts: After surgery is surgeon dependent. Ideally, you should simply contact your surgeon for his/her advice on this. If you were my patient, i allow my patients to work out as they please 1 month following insertion of implants following tissue expansion. But this assumes nothing special had to be done at the time of your surgery such as pocket alteration. So best to ask your surgeon for advice.

Exercise after BR: My patients are allowed to start their routines at a low pace after 4 weeks and progress to normal at 8 weeks. Best advise is to discuss this with your surgeon.

You should start now: After 4 months you should be encouraged to exercise as much as possible as it will not interfere with your reconstruction and resuming all activities is always helpful to recovery!

Breast reconstruct: After the final stage of reconstruction i re-evaluate after 6 weeks. At that point my patients have complete physical therapy normally and are feeling good!
