Get help: There is not a simple solution to overcoming ocd. Find a therapist who specializes in ocd and start working on overcoming the symptoms. You may want to consult with a psychiatrist about medication if the ocd is severe. Behavioral techniques can be helpful in combination with insight oriented work. Good luck, but it will take time, don't be discouraged.
