Possibly allergies: Your postnasal drip could be from allergies, or from a chronic sinusitis. If you know that you have allergies, you can try an antihistamine such as loratadine or cetirizine, both over the counter. You can also try an over the counter nasal steroid, which can help both allergies and a chronic sinusitis. IF not improving, see your doctor.
