Allegra (fexofenadine): In my opinion Allegra is the best non drowsy allergy medication, it works for 24 hours and is pretty powerful for mild to moderate nasal allergies.

Steroid spray: Nasal steroid does not cause drowsiness but you will need a prescription. For otc antihistamine, Allegra is likely the least likely to cause drowsiness.
