2nd gen antihistamin: Second generation antihistamines (claritin, zyrtec, (cetirizine) allegra) are all good for seasonal allergies with modest sedation. Since each person has their own tolerance, try a small number of these once daily medications.

Non-sedating allergy: Claritin, Clarinex and Allegra are true non-sedating meds. Xyzal (levocetirizine) and zyrtec are somewhat more sedating but also very effecxtive.
