Can you please explain why having a circumcision is harmful to your health?

That is a new one : I have been in health care for more than 3 decades and never heard that myth.I have also done about 5 circumcisions a month for that period and never had a significant problem with any.I did once see a kid whose hemophilia was first suspected after circumcision, but it would have shown up later anyway.
