Is there a health difference between being uncircumcised and circumcised?

None w. good hygiene: There is no health difference between circumcised & uncircumcised penises provided foreskin can retract easily and penis is cleaned on a regular basis, Foreskin which can not be easily retracted allows build up of smegma. This can lead to inflammation of foreskin & glans penis, increased risk of sexually transmitted diseases & penile cancer. None of this occurs with good hygiene & a clean penis.
