Not sure: See your md or a urologist. Some studies have shown decrease in penile sensation after circumcision, but you are uncircumcised. If you are able to retract your foreskin completely without pain, phimosis (tightening of foreskin) is likely not contributing. Please see your md for a physical exam and possible urologic referral.
