I am circumcised, yet i still have phimosis. how is this possible?

May be or ...: If circumcised, your bothersome event from foreskin would be post-circumcision adhesion onto glans penis, which is usually not bothersome but may usually be corrected easily, or still redundant foreskin, to which recurrent balanoposthitis may still occur.
